Eventually yes, they will find out about it. It just depends on when they find out about it. If they do find out about it, the probation officer is required to enter a warrant for your arrest or obtain a warrant for your arrest from the judge. You need to contact an attorney as soon as possible to see if there's a way to resolve both cases so that you don't have to go to jail because typically the court is going to put you in jail for a new violation of probation. An attorney may be able to work out a favorable plea agreement for you so that you don't have to go to jail.
