That's not an easy question to answer because every case is different. There's misdemeanors, there's varying degrees of felonies, life felonies, first degree felonies, second degree felonies, third degree felonies. It all depends on the nature of the charge and how much work the attorney is going to have to do. Generally, here at Lopez & Rossi, I will give a discount on the fee if the person can afford to pay the whole thing all at once. If they can't, typically we'll offer a payment plan and we can discuss that at the initial consultation.
