Well, the best one is entrapment. The police often entrap people into this. We've gotten cases dismissed on entrapment in this same situation where basically they pose as a juvenile, either through a newspaper ad or through Craigslist or something like that, the person shows up to meet the person, the so-called juvenile, and they're arrested, okay? It's very important that an attorney analyzes the facts and what they put in that information to see if in fact they were entrapped into showing up, because quite often the police don't provide the necessary information to make that person think that they're soliciting a minor.
